Oolong is a very tasty and fragrant black tea originated from Southern China. Cantonese people drink them after every meal, which mostly is very high in calories, and high in both vegetable and animal fat. Have you ever been to a Chinese DimSim place? Have you seen the ducks dripping oil in a Cantonese restaurant? Cantonese food is usually very fat, starchy and even their deserts are high in animal fat(very tasty indeed).
