*2 minuets pressure points for leaner ab

A strong tight mid section is very important, for good looks and postures, even more so for our overall health and well-being.

Stimulating Guanyuan Xue is very effective in burning fat on the abdominal area.

Guanyuan is about 3 fingers width right underneath the navel. Lay your hand on the stomach with the index finger right beneath the navel, the pressure point should be about where your ring finger is. It would feel a dull pain when pressed.

Lay down facing up. Place index and middle finger together on the pressure point. Apply pressure in a rotating motion clockwise for 100 times. Do this over night before sleep.

*Reducing water weight

1) Significantly cut the daily sodium intake, say 2/3. Sodium is high in most processed food or snacks. If you can, prepare food from fresh raw materials at home. Otherwise, check labels for all the processed food you eat daily and avoid the high in sodium ones. I have seen very significant results with people on the low sodium diet. Low sodium though, not zero sodium. Food to absolutely avoid: canned soups, instant cup noodles, chips etc.

*Oolong tea after a heavy meal
Oolong is a very tasty and fragrant black tea originated from Southern China. Cantonese people drink them after every meal, which mostly is very high in calories, and high in both vegetable and animal fat. Have you ever been to a Chinese DimSim place? Have you seen the ducks dripping oil in a Cantonese restaurant? Cantonese food is usually very fat, starchy and even their deserts are high in animal fat(very tasty indeed). But have you even seen a lot of Cantonese? The trick is their Oolong tea. Since I was little I heard my Mom talked about Oolong Tea "scrape the intestine", meaning it takes the fat and oil away. I personally know many Cantonese people. No one enjoys a beautiful meal full of fat and aroma more than them, yet they are never fat, but a bit too skinny. Drink Oolong tea after a oily meal, that's it. Give it a try. It works! If you don't know where to get the Oolong tea, get it here ...Coming soon
*Toning up while watching TV
Many people could not find 10 minutes exercising but can spare hours watching TV every day. If you spend a lot of time watching TV, instead of watching in a couch, set a rug on the floor, throw a couple of pillows to support your head, and watch TV laying on the floor. So simple exercises such as lifting legs; sit ups; stretching; light weight training or anything you can think of. Do these exercise as often as you can. It would be a few hours exercise a day. There won't be much pain or sweating involved, but you will Definitely be toning up quite a bit if you keep it up.
